No, tickets can be purchased at the front counter upon arrival. And you can continue to purchase tickets while you’re here.
We do not sell out of laser tag games, we are constantly selling tickets and our wait is minimal.

Yes, laser tag is safe. Our laser tag marshall is responsible for customer safety and is constantly checking out for players throughout the arena in order to preserve said safety.
Yes, you are allowed to bring food into the facility. We count with a designated area with tables and benches for customers to consume their food. Priority of use of tables and benches is given to those who have a reserved party.
We do not have an age requirement to play laser tag but we do require for players to be 46” tall or taller.
We do not have a specific dress code for laser tag, but we do recommend players to wear closed-toed shoes.
It is most certain that your group will be playing with other people. Unless you reserve an ultimate private party where you and your guests can enjoy our establishment only for yourselves.
Go-Kart Raceway counts with plenty of parking right out front the establishment, you can also park in the back parking lot or along the street.
No, we have an excellent safety record and do not require signed waivers.
You may use your phone while in the briefing room before and after instructions are conducted by the laser tag marshall but you may not use it while in the laser tag arena.
Yes, please inform the laser tag marshall if you need to switch the gun to the left side.
We require customers to use both hands when using our phaser but if you by any chance can only use one hand we can accommodate your needs.
