  1. A $50.00 deposit required within (48) hours after booking the party or your party will be canceled and the spot will open for someone else. We do provide a notice to pay before the time runs out.
  2. The $50.00 deposit can be refunded if you cancel your party 2 days before the day it is scheduled to be.
  3. All drivers must be 52" tall to drive the Go-Karts alone.
  4. All rides are 5 minutes long.
  5. In case of bad weather, Go-Kart track closes and you have the option to either reschedule party for another day, cancel party or obtain an extra party hour for both laser tag and arcade games.
